President Donald Trump ridiculed Rep. Rashida Tlaib’s emotional news conference on Monday, as she complained about her treatment by Israeli officials.

“Sorry, I don’t buy Rep. Tlaib’s tears,” Trump wrote on Twitter. “I have watched her violence, craziness and, most importantly, WORDS, for far too long. Now tears?”

Tlaib explained why she chose not to visit her grandmother in Palestine, even after Israeli officials granted her request for a visit, despite blocking her congressional visit to Israel.

Choking back tears, she spoke about why her grandmother supported her decision not to visit in protest of Israel.

“She said I’m her dream manifested,” she said. “I’m her free bird so why would I come back and be caged and bow down?”

Trump reminded the world that Rep. Tlaib was anti-Israel.

“She hates Israel and all Jewish people,” he wrote. “She is an anti-Semite. She and her 3 friends are the new face of the Democrat Party. Live with it!”
