Mercedes Schlapp spoke to Breitbart News Daily SiriusXM host Raheem Kassam on Friday about the launch of SiriusXM’s The Road to CPAC 2017, a one-hour show she will host with husband Matt Schlapp, chairman of the American Conservative Union.
The show will be on Saturdays at 9-10 a.m. Eastern on Patriot 125 before Breitbart News Saturday. Their first guests this week will be Steve Bannon and Bret Baier.
“It’s truly an exciting time,” Schlapp said, referring to CPAC. “We’re just ramping up to talk about what’s coming up in the conservative conference that we host every year, but also talk about what’s happening, the politics, the lies from the swamp, and what the Trump presidency is going to mean not only to the Conservative movement, but to dismantling the Washington status quo.”
As Politico also reported, “SiriusXM Patriot will present ‘The Road to CPAC 2017,’ a one-hour show with hosts Matt Schlapp, Chairman of the American Conservative Union, and his wife Mercedes Schlapp … [in a] special 6-week limited engagement. … The inaugural show will feature the Schlapps in conversation with Steve Bannon.”
