After instituting a lifetime ban on Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling for his private racist remarks that became public through an audio recording, NBA Commissioner Adam Silver said he expects to get the 3/4 of the NBA owners to vote to remove Sterling from the league.
“I fully expect to get the support I need from the other NBA owners to remove him,” Silver said on Monday.
There is no word on whether the votes of the owners will be made public.
