The House Oversight Committee on Tuesday urged the Justice Department to investigate executive actions taken by President Joe Biden’s administration, stating that some orders were taken without his explicit approval.

The White House has hung portraits of U.S. presidents along the West Wing colonnade in the Rose Garden, now-dubbed the “Presidential Walk of Fame,” but the image of former President Joe Biden is represented by an “autopen.”

Friday on FNC’s “Hannity,” Rep. James Comer (R-KY), the House Oversight Committee chairman, said that there was “no evidence” from his committee’s investigation that Joe Biden was involved in the use of the autopen for signing presidential documents.

Neera Tanden told Congress that she had authorization to direct autopen signatures for the president but does not know gave the final order.
