Obama's Former Solicitor General Fear Mongers SCOTUS Obamacare Challenge On French Television

President Obama’s former Solicitor General, Neal Katyal told French television that it was ‘rare’ for a ‘president’s signature initiative’ to be challenged by the Supreme Court. He then painted an extremely exaggerated picture of the constitutionality challenge by saying that “even if 95% of Americans want this law, they can’t have it. And that’s a really profound thing for an un-elected court to say.” Of course, based on the latest Gallup poll, 56% favor overturning Obamacare so the picture Mr. Katyal painted for Agence France Presse was misleading and demagogic to say the least.
