The NY Post reports: The New School was rocked by a shocking spate of hate Saturday when swastikas were found scrawled on four dorm room doors.

Sam Lichtenstein, 20, said she broke down in tears after seeing the anti-Semitic symbol drawn in black marker on her door’s white board.

“It was just heartbreaking,” said Lichtenstein, who lives with three Jewish suitemates at the Manhattan university’s Kerrey Hall.

“This is something you read about happening in other areas, and it’s crazy to have it happen in such a progressive city, and a progressive university. This was not just an apartment building. This was student housing.

“We’re just overwhelmed and sad,” she added.

One of Lichtenstein’s roommates said the graffiti left her in “utter shock.”

“I looked over to my girlfriend and was sick to my stomach I (couldn’t) believe what was happening,” added Lichtenstein’s roommate who identified herself as Jessica W., 20, of Philadelphia.
