GOP Rep Nunes: ‘There Still Is No Evidence of Collusion Between Trump and the Russians’

Tuesday on Fox News Channel’s “Special Report,” Rep. Devin Nunes (R-CA), the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, told host Bret Baier there was still no proof that Donald Trump and his campaign colluded with Russians to alter the outcome of the 2016 presidential election.

Nunes, who recused himself from his committee’s investigation into the matter earlier this year, said if there were such evidence, he would turn it over to special counsel Robert Mueller.

“This is what I’ve said — I said this 10 months ago, I said this seven months ago, I said it last month and even today on your show,” Nunes said. “There still is no evidence of collusion between Trump and the Russians. And if there is, and I continue to say this, I’ll be the first to come out and say, ‘Here’s what we found and I think it’s a big problem.’ And I would turn it over to Robert Mueller and his investigation.”
