Nick Cannon has a new album called White People Party Music coming out next month, and he’s taking an unusual marketing approach to promote the project.
Cannon, a comedian who hosts America’s Got Talent, created the album under the pseudonym Connor Smallnut. Apparently, Connor is white and Cannon is black, so the comic is wearing white face to alert fans about the new CD via Instagram and Twitter.
His Twitter page says the album is due for an April 1 release, a sign that the whole concept could be a parody project. Yet the album has its own Amazon.com order page.
