LONDON, United Kingdom – Britain’s politicos were out in force in the City of London on Tuesday night as former Prime Minister of Australia Tony Abbott delivered the second annual Margaret Thatcher lecture at the Lady Thatcher Gala dinner at the Guildhall.
Mr. Abbott used his platform to warn European leaders about the ongoing migrant crisis, stating that “No country or continent can open its borders to all comers without fundamentally weakening itself.”
He said that stopping people coming to Europe “ is the only way to prevent a tide of humanity surging through Europe and quite possibly changing it forever.”
