Police Find Blood Trail After Detroit Suspect Tries to Carjack Armed Woman

On Monday, a man allegedly tried to carjack a car from Detroit woman — who turned out to be armed. Police arrived to find a blood trail near the scene.

The incident occurred around 5 a.m.

According to CBS Detroit, police are searching for the suspect. They have “a blood trail in the neighborhood” by where the carjacking allegedly took place.

Police say “the woman was legally carrying a gun” when the incident unfolded “near West Chicago and Auburn Street.”

Breitbart News previously reported about another Detroit woman who pulled a gun on alleged carjackers on June 2. She was u-turning near Alma and Garnet avenues when three men allegedly approached her, opened her car door, and shot at her.

The woman shot back, emptying a magazine of 13 rounds on the suspects, who fled the scene the scene.
