NBA Draft Lottery: Orlando Has Best Chance of Getting Top Pick

The NBA Draft Lottery will be held on Tuesday, as teams hope they get the top pick to likely draft Kentucky big man Nerlens Noel. 

The lottery will be held at 8:30 PM EDT on ESPN. Here is the likelihood that each team in the lottery will get the first pick, according to USA Today:
