Women's College World Series Postponed Due to Oklahoma Tornado Warnings

The women’s College World Series in Oklahoma was postponed after severe tornado warnings in Oklahoma City on Friday.

As the Associated Press reports:

The NCAA’s Division I Softball Committee said the Tennessee-Washington game would not start at 6 p.m. Central as scheduled and two hours of notice would be given before the start of the game. Oklahoma and Texas are scheduled to play after the first game is finished.

Media at the stadium have reportedly been told to evacuate and players have reportedly taken shelter in safe underground facilities.
