LeBron: I'm '50 Times Better than I Was in '07 Finals'

Miami Heat superstar LeBron James since he is playing on a more experienced team and is “50 times” better than he was in 2007 when the San Antonio Spurs swept his Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA Finals.

James and the Heat will play the Spurs in the NBA Finals, which begin this Thursday in Miami. 

In postgame remarks on Monday after Miami defeated Indiana in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals, James said the Heat were “more experienced” than the 2007 Cavaliers because they are going to their third straight Finals and hoping to repeat. He noted his team was not as young as the Cavaliers were in 2007.

When asked how how much he has improved, James simply said he was immensely improved. 

“I”m 20, 50, 50 times better than I was in the ’07 Finals,” James said.
