Kerry Heads to India to Talk Climate Change

With the US beginning to send weapons to Syria, NSA leaker Edward Snowden in Russia, negotiations opening with the Taliban, and turmoil ranging from Brazil to Turkey, the Obama administration is focused on its top foreign policy priority: climate change. Following hard on President Obama’s address to Germans about climate change, Secretary of State John Kerry will be traveling to India to talk about climate change cooperation.

On Sunday, Kerry will hit New Delhi to talk about global warming. On Tuesday, President Obama is slated to release his national plan on climate change. According to the Associated Press, President Obama’s plan will include regulations on coal plants, as well as regulations on new power plants.
