During a Fusion TV report by Jim Avila on an illegal immigrant mass gravesite in Texas at Sacred Heart Burial Park in Falfurrias, a neglected cemetery about an hour’s drive north of the border, the head of a team of 30 archaeologists, Baylor University’s Lori Baker said it is ‘talk” of the DREAM Act that is causing the surge of minors to cross the U.S.-Mexico border.
Baker, whose team unearthed the mass grave of undocumented immigrants, said, “Now with the talk of the Dream Act we saw this massive insurgence of individuals and they are being told America wants them to come bring your children and so their are woman walking from Guatemala with their children all the way to Texas.”
Baker was referring to President Barack Obama’s 2012 “DREAM Act” executive order that suspending deportations of illegal immigrants who came here as children.
