Boxing Proves Media Targeting of NFL All Politics

If it ends up being true, no one is going to excuse the behavior of these Miami Dolphins' players accused of hazing/bullying one of their teammates. But the media feigning surprise as a way to turn unsurprising locker room behavior into some kind of cultural NFL scandal, lands somewhere between disingenuous and obnoxious. Nov 5, 2013 9:16 AM PT

Media's Big Lies of Omission in NJ and VA

Already the media are relentlessly spinning tonight's gubernatorial elections in Virginia and New Jersey as the death of conservatism and the Tea Party. Oddly enough (not really), what we are not hearing from the media are any of the unspoken truths about both races that might work against the media's relentless crusade to protect the status quo. GOP's Deus Ex machina ObamaCare Fix Can't Be REPEAL!

ObamaCare is probably going to collapse under the weight of its own stupidity, which means that eventually something wonderful is going to happen to the GOP: The American people are going to turn to us for a solution. Nov 5, 2013 6:26 AM PT

PolitiFact Ducks Questions On False ObamaCare Fact Checks

The Washington Examiner's Sean Higgins went back a few a few years did some research on Politicfact's fact checks of the president's claim that you can keep your health insurance if you like it, and warnings from Republicans that ObamaCare will cost millions their insurance plans. What Higgins found is that reality has lit PolitFact's pants on fire. Today, though, the phony fact-checker refuses to correct the record or even comment on six wildly misleading fact-checks. Ratings: CNN Suffers Worst Week Under Jeff Zucker

CNN is dying, and the cable network's newly-installed chief can't save it. Last week, during all kinds of big news about ObamaCare and the shooting at LAX, the former-most trusted name in news averaged only 385,000 total viewers and a measly 95,000 in the all-important 25-54 demo. California Insurers Contractually Required to Cancel Plans

This is only one state, but California is the most populous state in the country, and it was here that insurers who wanted to be part of the ObamaCare exchanges were contractually required to wipe out what could be one-million California insurance plans. The San Francisco Business Times reports that they have confirmed with Anthem Blue Cross, Kaiser Permanente, Health Net, and Blue Shield of California that they were contractually required to cancel "non-ACA-compliant plans on December 31." Democrats Plan Bait-and-Switch on ENDA Religious Exemption

The Orwellian-named Employee Non-Discrimination Act, or ENDA, is set for a vote in the U.S. Senate Monday night. Thanks to the support of five Republican Senators, reports say the 60 votes necessary to overcome a filibuster are in place. House Speaker John Boehner, however, released a statement making clear he opposes ENDA, which means it likely won't get a vote in the House. This is good because according to The Washington Blade (a gay-friendly news outlet), Democrats are planning an ObamaCare-style bait-and-switch on an already weak ENDA exemption for religious institutions. White House Blames Stage IV Cancer Victim for Insurance Loss

In a heartbreaking Wall Street Journal editorial, Edie Littlefield Sunby, a stage-four cancer survivor, details how ObamaCare cost her the health insurance Obama repeatedly promised she could keep, and how ObamaCare's alternative plans don't cover the doctors and facilities that have kept her alive. In response to her story, White House spokesman Dan Pfeiffer fired off a dismissive tweet that basically blames her for picking the wrong insurance. Nov 4, 2013 8:09 AM PT

Chuck Todd: I Was Always Skeptical of Obama's 'Keep Your Plan' Pledge

Monday on "Morning Joe," while NBC's Chuck Todd did refuse to accept Healthcare Bob Ezekiel Emanuel's ludicrous excuse-making for President Obama's Big Lie about being able to keep your health insurance, Todd did admit he never really believed the promise: "This is why I never understood why he said it … When he said it, I immediately kept thinking, 'Well, how is that going to work?'" That is all well and good, but where was this skepticism when it mattered? Nov 4, 2013 6:48 AM PT

Hillary Goes for History: 'Ceilings in America Are Unacceptable'

Hillary Clinton is not about to repeat the Big Mistake of 2008. From out of nowhere, Clinton's pre-ordained march to the White House was tripped up by something known as a Historic Candidacy, in the person of an inexperienced Barack Obama just two years of a state legislature. For that reason, Hillary's Historic 2016 Candidacy is already well underway, and received another jolt Friday when the former-Secretary of State announced her "No Ceilings" initiative. Winners and Losers: ObamaCare Exposes the 'Soylent Green Liberals'

Although there were many advance warnings, now that it is too late, America is learning that under ObamaCare there are losers; millions of them -- and almost all among the working and middle class. Up to 20 million will lose the insurance President Obama reassured them they could keep, and as the cost of premiums and deductibles spike, they will find their health care choices limited. But the only reaction to this human carnage from America's "Soylent Green Liberals" is that it is all… for the greater good. Nov 2, 2013 6:52 AM PT

NBC News: LAX Shooter Anti-Government

Dem Senator Suggests Penalty Delay for 'Humpty Dumpty' ObamaCare

During a Friday interview with Newstalk 730 KYYA's Scott Fredricks, Senator Max Baucus (D-MT) referred to Obama Care as "Humpty Dumpty" and suggested that the ObamaCare penalties be delayed if "Humpty Dumpty" is not put back together within a month. Nov 1, 2013 7:57 AM PT

CNN: Democrats Voted Unanimously for Rule that Led to Insurance Cancellations

CNN reports that in September of 2010, in an attempt to let people keep their insurance plans, Senate Republicans tried to block the grandfather rule that is currently resulting in millions of Americans having their insurance policies cancelled. Democrats, including many who are facing re-election next year, unanimously voted to support the rule. The result, as we have seen, is two million already losing the insurance plan Obama repeatedly promised they could keep. Nov 1, 2013 7:35 AM PT
