Cheney: Adminstration 'Lied' about Benghazi Attack

Former Vice President Dick Cheney appeared on Fox News’ Hannity last night.  “They lied,” he told Hannity, and Cheney went on to say “it was really all about their incompetence.”  

The former Vice-President identified warnings from the CIA that went ignored. “They ignored repeated warnings from the CIA about the threat. They ignored messages from their own people on the ground that they needed more security.”

Cheney called it the “worst incidences” he had seen in his entire career. He pinpointed the election as the motive for the administration’s lies, “it would destroy the confidence that was the basis of his campaign for reelection.”
