A woman in Alabama has been arrested and charged with forcing her 13-year-old granddaughter into having sex with an 87-year-old man, police say.

Atmore, Alabama, police say Mary Lue Daw, 66, demanded that her 13-year-old granddaughter submit to “sexual servitude” with Charles Clarence Stacey, the elder woman’s boyfriend.

The elderly woman is also accused of threatening to harm the child unless she submitted to the attacks.

Daw is charged with physically restraining the child as Stacey molested the girl.

Atmore Police Chief Chuck Brooks said Daw is charged with first-degree rape and first-degree human trafficking for facilitating the assault. Authorities charged Stacey with first-degree rape, first-degree human trafficking, first-degree promoting prostitution and enticing a child for immoral purposes, according to WKRG TV.

The suspects are being held at Escambia County Detention Center under a bond of $1 million each.

The Atmore Police Department is conducting the investigation jointly with the Escambia County Department of Human Resources.
