A migrant allegedly said “German women are just there for sex” as he assaulted a 25-year-old woman while she walked home from a train station in Dortmund.
The man, who had recently arrived in the city, offered money to sleep with the woman while he followed her in the street.
Police reports said he was part of a group of men who approached the woman and shouted “filthy” insults at her in the early hours of Sunday morning.
When she refused the offer of money, the migrant started touching her through her trousers and blouse. The Daily Express reports that she managed to run off and alert police before the perpetrator fled.
Authorities have appealed for witnesses to the incident and are still hunting the man.
The assault is the latest in a growing series of incidents being reported since the mass sex assaults in Cologne and other cities on New Year’s Eve.
Breitbart London reported this weekend how two male-to-female transsexuals were stoned on the streets of Dortmund after a group of North African migrants tried to assault them.
The victims, named only as Elisa and Jasmin, said the men hurled insults at them upon realising they were transsexual, telling them “You whores should be killed!”, and said they should by stoned to death. The men then began throwing rocks at the victims.
Jasmin said: “This is barbaric what they have done, they were barbarians!
“I’m sorry I’ve never heard about this, but now I’ve seen it.”
The first suspect in the New Year’s Eve assaults has finally been arrested, nearly three weeks after the incident took place.
AP reports that the 26-year-old Algerian man was arrested at a migrant centre in the town of Kerpen over the weekend and currently being held in custody accused groping a woman and stealing her phone.
A further 21 people have also been charged with non-sexual offences.
