On Wednesday, we brought you the story of a Major League Baseball player misplaying a ball and getting hit in the head. On Thursday, we bring you the story of a dad in the stands who caught the ball perfectly…while holding a baby.
It happened at Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia when Nick Ahmed of the Arizona Diamondbacks fouled a ball into the right field stands, where, a baby-toting dad made the most memorable play of the night.
Watch:
The crowd cheered mightily for the dad, which was good, because the they had very few other things to cheer about. The Phillies lost to the Diamondbacks, 6-1.
