TOKYO, Nov. 4 (AP) - (Kyodo)—The U.S. dollar traded at the lower 90 yen level early Wednesday in Tokyo, up slightly from its late Tuesday quotes in New York.

At 9 a.m., the dollar fetched 90.40-43 yen, up from 90.28-38 yen in New York at 5 p.m. Tuesday. The Tokyo market was closed Tuesday for a national holiday.

The euro traded at $1.4731-4733 and 133.18-20 yen versus $1.4719-4729 and 132.99-133.09 yen in New York late Tuesday.

In New York Tuesday, the dollar moved narrowly as many investors retreated to the sidelines before the Federal Open Market Committee ends its two-day policy meeting Wednesday, traders said.
