As part of President Trump’s Operation Take Back America, a team of Border Patrol agents arrested ten illegal aliens in Pomona, California, on Tuesday. Nine of the illegal aliens arrested were found outside a Home Depot store. The arrests that sparked a protest by an immigrants rights group included one illegal alien convicted of a weapons charge and child abuse with serious bodily injury.

DOJ Files First-Ever RICO Charges Against 27 Tren de Aragua Gang Members

The Department of Justice filed multiple federal charges against 27 members of the hyperviolent Tren de Aragua Venezuelan gang on Monday. The charges include Racketeering, Narcotics and Sex Trafficking, Robbery, and Firearms offenses. DOJ officials say this marks the first time RICO charges have been filed against Tren de Aragua gang members.

Honduran Illegal Alien Charged with Incest Arrested by ICE Following Release by Virginia Sanctuary County

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement arrested Marvin Mateo-Alberto, a 35-year-old Honduran national accused of incest and aggravated sexual battery in a joint operation involving multiple federal agencies. ICE was forced to search for the accused sex offender after local law enforcement authorities failed to honor an immigration detainer filed with the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.

110K Acres of New Mexico Border Land Transferred to Control of U.S. Army

The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) transferred control and administrative jurisdiction of nearly 110,000 acres of federal land along the New Mexico-Mexico border to the Department of the Army. U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) is requesting a meeting with El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele to demand the return of Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia — a known MS-13 gang member deported to El Salvador. Abrego-Garcia, who a judge has found to be a member of the MS-13 gang, was removed as the result of an administrative error, according to ICE officials. Van Hollen has promised to travel to El Salvador if Abrego-Garcia is not returned.
