A high school substitute teacher from Ohio, charged with having sex with two of her students and sending one of them nude photos, has been indicted.
Court records show that Madeline Marx, 23, of Brookville, has been indicted on two counts of sexual battery after being charged with having sex with two male teenage students, WHIO reported.
WKEF reports that police arrested and physically removed Marx from Fairmont High School in Kettering, where she served as a substitute teacher.
She posted bail and has been ordered not to contact either student.
Marx pleaded not guilty to the charges filed after her arrest.
Officials accuse Marx of performing oral sex on a 17-year-old student and having sexual intercourse with a 16-year-old student in September.
Both incidents allegedly happened outside school property, according to court documents obtained by the Dayton Daily News.
Marx admitted that she used social media to send one of the students nude photos, police said.
WHIO reports that Marx graduated from University of Dayton in 2016, and dropped out of a class on sexual ethics in the fall of 2013.
