Border Patrol Agent Assaulted in Texas, Shoots Attacker

A Laredo Sector Border Patrol agent used his firearm to defend himself from an attack from a man who illegally crossed the border in South Texas, according to officials. The suspect allegedly assaulted the agent as he attempted to make an arrest.

Three Charged in Alleged Assault on Border Patrol Agents

Federal prosecutors filed criminal charges against three illegal aliens for allegedly assaulting Laredo Sector Border Patrol agents on New Year’s Eve. Two agents sustained injuries in the attack requiring treatment at a local hospital.

Border Patrol Agent Assaulted near Texas Border

A previously deported Honduran migrant assaulted a U.S. Border Patrol agent at an immigration checkpoint near the Texas border. The agents sustained minor injuries as the driver of the vehicle attempted to drive off during an apprehension attempt.

Deported Criminal Alien Assaulted Border Patrol Agent, Say Feds

A previously deported criminal alien from Mexico assaulted a Del Rio Sector Border Patrol agent during an arrest. The Mexican national with an extensive criminal history was traveling with a large group of migrants near the immigration checkpoint on Highway 57 in South Texas.
