Daines told the thousands of pro-life activists gathered on the National Mall, “I have a very exciting announcement to share with you here today. I’m very proud to announce that I have founded the first-ever pro-life caucus in the United States Senate.”

New Planned Parenthood president Dr. Leana Wen made her first appearance on The View, where she told the hosts Planned Parenthood is a “transparent” healthcare organization in which abortion accounts for only three percent of its services.

A 2017 study by the Charlotte Lozier Institute (CLI), the research arm of the pro-life Susan B. Anthony List, found that Planned Parenthood depends primarily on its abortion-centered business model – and is not a significant provider of medical care in the United States, despite its self-promotion as an “irreplaceable” and “life-saving” healthcare provider, as Wen professed.
