TEL AVIV – Israeli officials have hailed President Donald Trump’s reported plan to formally reject the Palestinian “right of return” for millions of refugees and their descendants to Israel, as well as his order to cut hundreds of millions of dollars in aid money to the UN agency for those refugees.

Report: U.S. Mulls Scrapping UN Definition Of Palestinian ‘Refugee’

TEL AVIV – Amid worsening relations with the Palestinians, the Trump administration is now considering rejecting the UN’s definition of Palestinian “refugees” and cutting off all financial aid to the agency that caters to them, an Israeli TV report said Tuesday.

Report: Trump Administration Reexamining Entire Palestinian Aid Budget

TEL AVIV – Amid fraying relations, the Trump administration is investigating an overhaul of the entire Palestinian aid budget, and not just settling itself with cuts to the UN agency for Palestinian refugees, an Israeli news broadcaster reported Wednesday.
