Boxing: Tenku to challenge S. Korean WBA featherweight champ Choi+
TOKYO, Nov. 4 (AP) - (Kyodo)—Japanese challenger Tsubasa Tenku will take on South Korean WBA featherweight champion Choi Hyun Mi on Nov. 21, Tenku's Yamaki boxing gym said Wednesday.
The fight in Suwon, South Korea will be the 25-year-old's first crack at a world title after the Japan Boxing Commission approved holding women's professional boxing two years ago.
Tenku has a 5-0 record with two knockouts since women's boxing was approved.
