Up to 100,000 Israelis in Quarantine over Coronavirus

TEL AVIV – As many as 100,000 Israelis are currently in self-quarantine amid increasingly dramatic measures imposed by Israel in an effort to curb the coronavirus outbreak, including restricting entry from certain European nations, banning large gatherings, and barring IDF soldiers from travelling overseas.

WATCH: Spanish Town Slammed for Holocaust-Themed Carnival

TEL AVIV – A carnival troupe danced through the streets of a Spanish town dressed like Nazis and Jewish concentration camp prisoners next to a float made to look like crematoria, sparking outrage from Israel’s embassy in Madrid and Jewish groups.

Backpacker Released by Putin Flies Home to Israel with Netanyahu

TEL AVIV – Israeli-American backpacker Naama Issachar was released Thursday and flew home from Moscow together with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his wife Sara following a pardon from Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Netanyahu to Push for Railway Linking Israel to Saudi Arabia

TEL AVIV – Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Transportation Minister Israel Katz will “immediately launch” a trade route initiative called “Tracks for Regional Peace” that will see the establishment of a railway network linking Israel to Saudi Arabia.
