A U.S. conservative activist has called a Polish newspaper he is suing for defamation a “far-left, globalist, progressive outlet” and referred to the reporter who attacked him in an article he wrote for the paper last year as a “fantasist and fairy-tale writer.”
WARSAW, Poland (AP) – A Warsaw court began hearing testimony Wednesday on claims by a conservative American political activist that he was defamed by a Polish journalist who described him as “Trump’s man” and as sympathetic to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Breitbart contributor Matthew Tyrmand is taking one of Poland’s biggest newspapers, Gazeta Wyborcza, to court over alleged defamation.
“The more I think about Soros, how he was positioned both into the Brexit, and how he was positioned for either outcome after, this could have been the greatest pump and dump in history,” said Breitbart News contributor Matthew Tyrmand, referring to left-wing billionaire George Soros, on Wednesday’s Breitbart News Daily.
