YouTube personality and boxer Jake Paul issued his most recent taunt to MMA star Conor McGregor, saying he will knock him out in round one, and called the Irishman “selfish” for not taking up Paul’s goal of imploring UFC president Dana White to raise fighters’ salaries.

Women’s Sports Coalition: ‘This Is Not an Anti-Lia Campaign,’ It’s ‘Pro-Woman’

“We think everyone should play sports fairly,” a women’s sports group that is working to preserve biology-based eligibility told the New York Post on Saturday, and stressed the movement is not specifically aimed at Lia Thomas, the transgender male collegiate swimmer currently competing as a woman, but is actually “pro-women.”

Putin Stripped of Taekwondo Black Belt After ‘Brutal Attacks’ on Ukraine

World Taekwondo condemned Russian President Vladimir Putin’s “brutal attacks on innocent lives in Ukraine” on Sunday, and as a result will take back an honorary black belt given to the Russian leader in 2013, and also will no longer allow the display of Russian and Belarusian flags and the playing of their national anthems at future events.

School Board Reverses Suspension of Gym Coach Who Refused to Use ‘Preferred Pronouns’

The Loudoun County school board can not take any further action against Byron “Tanner” Cross, the Leesburg Elementary School gym teacher who was suspended in May for criticizing a newly adopted school district Policy 8040, which requires trans students to be addressed by their preferred pronouns, and gives students who believe they are the opposite sex access to school facilities, groups, and sports teams of their biological counterparts.

High School Football Team Condemned by California District Leadership for 106-0 Win

Undefeated California football team Inglewood High School was condemned by their own governing body for their 106-0 win over a local rival team on Friday, saying that “all athletic contests are to be conducted under the strictest code of good sportsmanship,” and “a score of 106-0 does not represent these ideals.”

Louisiana AG Jeff Landry Calls Saints Vaccine Mandate ‘Completely Unacceptable’

Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry (R) called on lawmakers to oppose funding requests made by the New Orleans Saints for the Caesars Superdome after the team announced they will not offer refunds to ticketholders that choose to not be vaccinated, or do not provide proof of a negative coronavirus test at the gate, calling the policy “completely unacceptable.”

24 Women Accuse Deshaun Watson of Sex Assault, Misconduct

In the week since the first woman filed a sexual lawsuit against Houston Texans quarterback Deshaun Watson, 23 additional women have come forward with accusations and 14 lawsuits have been filed, including an alleged incident that occurred as recently as March 2021.
