Migrant Impaled on Rebar After Falling Off San Diego Border Wall

San Diego Sector Border Patrol agents rescued a Central American migrant woman who nearly fell to her death from the international border wall. She and her two children fell from the wall as she attempted to illegally enter the U.S. from Mexico and landed on a piece of rebar that pierced her buttocks.

Groups of 100 Central American Migrants Apprehended at Texas Border

Border Patrol agents in the Rio Grande Valley Sector apprehended two large groups of Central American migrants who illegally crossed the border. The groups, consisting of nearly 100 family units and unaccompanied minors, surrendered to Border Patrol agents after they illegally entered the U.S. from Mexico in two separate incidents.
