GUILTY: Texas Border Cop Admits to Human Smuggling

A former Texas border cop with a gambling problem plead guilty to federal human smuggling charges and claimed to have done it several times before. As previously reported by Breitbart Texas , Luis Enrique Guevara, a reserve Cameron County Deputy Constable had been driving Nissan Pathfinder near Robstown, Texas when a police officer pulled him over for speeding and caught him with human cargo. Since his arrest Guevara is no longer a law enforcement officer.

Trucker Facing Human Smuggling Charges in Texas, 35 Illegal Immigrants Found 80 Miles from Border

A truck driver who federal agents claim was caught with 35 illegal immigrants in his truck is now facing human smuggling charges. U.S. Border Patrol agents working at a checkpoint about 80 miles north of the river arrested Muchiri Rayheed Rhodes this weekend, after they found 35 illegal immigrants hiding in his tractor trailer, court records obtained by Breitbart Texas revealed.

Previously Deported Criminal Alien Kidnapped, Stabbed and Left to Die by Human Smugglers

EDINBURG, Texas – Five previously deported illegal aliens and a human smuggler have all been arrested in connection with the kidnapping and stabbing of another illegal alien that was left for dead in a rural border area. Authorities were able to identify the stabbing victim as only a 25-year-old previously deported convicted felon who remains in serious condition at a local hospital.
