Armed Arizona Mom Took Her Kids on Human Smuggling Run, Say Feds

An Arizona mother, armed with a sidearm, took four children along for a human smuggling ride Sunday evening. The woman appeared to use three of her own children and a 5-year-old nephew as cover while she allegedly attempted to smuggle an illegal immigrant through a Border Patrol inspection checkpoint.

Four U.S. Citizens Busted for Human Smuggling, Say Feds

Border Patrol agents in the Tucson Sector arrested four U.S. citizens for allegedly engaging in human smuggling activities. The agents also took four foreign nationals into custody for illegally entering the U.S.

Border Patrol Agents Bust Drug Smugglers with Marijuana, Meth

Border Patrol agents in the Tucson Sector assisted Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS) troopers in stopping a fleeing suspect later determined to be smuggling marijuana. The agents helped track down the suspects who fled on foot following a high-speed chase on Friday afternoon. In a separate incident, agents assigned to the Interstate 19 checkpoint stopped a teenager who allegedly attempted to smuggle 59 pounds of methamphetamine through.
