Exclusive Video: Network of Mexican Cartel Smuggling Trails on Texas Soil, Says Border Patrol Supervisor

MADERO, Texas — Breitbart News followed Rio Grande Valley Sector Border Patrol agents into the brush to explore a busy network of Gulf Cartel smuggling trails on the U.S. side of the Rio Grande. The tour of the trails by a Border Patrol supervisor came during a river patrol that led to the apprehension of three Chinese nationals.

EXCLUSIVE: Alleged Smugglers Busted, Migrants Rescued at Border Stash House

U.S. Border Patrol agents, a Customs and Border Protection aircrew, and local law enforcement officers teamed up to raid a human smuggling stash house near the Texas border. The enforcement action led to the arrest of two alleged human smugglers and the recovery of ten migrants who illegally crossed the border from Mexico.

Border Patrol Rescues Five Migrants near Texas Border

Border Patrol agents in the Rio Grande Valley Sector rescued five migrants from the possibility of death at the hands of cartel-connected human smugglers. Four of the rescues occurred in the Rio Grande while the fifth was on a ranch 80 miles from the border.

Border Wall Construction on Rio Grande Levees Begins

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced the beginning of construction for 13 miles of the Rio Grande Valley Wall System Project. The new improvements are on federal land in the McAllen Station area of responsibility, officials stated.

Five Gang Members Arrested near Texas Border in One Day

Border Patrol agents in the Rio Grande Valley Sector stopped five members of violent gangs from successfully making their way into the U.S. interior in separate incidents. The agents also stopped two previously deported child sex offenders as well.
