Prince Mikasa hospitalized for minor cardiac arrest+
TOKYO, Oct. 30 (AP) - (Kyodo)—Prince Mikasa, uncle of Emperor Akihito, was hospitalized at a Tokyo hospital Friday after being diagnosed as having suffered a minor cardiac arrest, the Imperial Household Agency said.
The 93-year-old prince is expected to stay in hospital for about a week, it said.
He was hospitalized there in June last year for about two weeks for acute heart failure stemming from mitral insufficiency.
