Arizona First State to Sue Biden Administration over Vaccine Mandate

The state of Arizona has sued the Biden-Harris Administration over the “egregious” vaccine mandate, which Attorney General Mark Brnovich argues violates the Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause by discriminating against U.S. citizens because illegal immigrants in federal law enforcement’s custody are not subordinate to the same vaccine mandates.

Migrants Found in Fake Gravel Trailer near Border in Texas

The Border Patrol in Laredo, Texas, found more than 130 migrants hidden in two tractor-trailer vehicles over the past weekend. In one case, migrants were hidden within a specially constructed compartment that made the trailer appear to be hauling gravel.
