Downside risks to Japanese economy receding: BOJ's Shirakawa+
TOKYO, Nov. 4 (AP) - (Kyodo)—Bank of Japan Governor Masaaki Shirakawa said Wednesday downside risks to the Japanese economy have been receding compared with the spring.
"Risks have been becoming balanced compared with the situation early in the spring, when risks were generally tilted downside," the BOJ chief said in a speech in Tokyo.
