The now-released film “My Son Hunter” inspired a massive banner, which has taken on a life of its own, being see hanging from bridges and overpasses in Dallas, Texas, Lakeland, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.

After Breitbart News requested comment on the matter from the Masters of the Universe, a week-old Breitbart article on the movie appeared on page two of the News tab.

Gawker goes the extra mile in the latter regard by declaring Hunter Biden a “Gen X icon,” comparable in stature to the band Nirvana and its frontman, the late Kurt Cobain.

Veteran conservative new media writer Christian Toto, author of Virtue Bombs, says films featuring values antithetical to Hollywood’s left-wing orthodoxy face an uphill battle and unrelenting entertainment industry attacks. The panic over “My Son Hunter,” Toto says, is the latest example of the “David versus Goliath-sized struggle” facing center-right films and filmmakers.

The anti-Trump conservative establishment outlet Washington Examiner has published a hit piece on “My Son Hunter,” dismissing the movie as a “missed opportunity” while trashing the movie’s performances.
