Fugitive ex-Thai Prime Minister Thaksin arrives in Cambodia+

PHNOM PENH, Nov. 10 (AP) - (Kyodo)—Thailand's fugitive former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra arrived in Cambodia on Tuesday, senior government sources said.

Thaksin, who has been appointed as economic adviser to Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen and his government, is due to meet with Hun Sen and speak to more than 300 Cambodian economists Thursday.

Thaksin arrived at Phnom Penh International Airport on board a special jet from India, the sources told Kyodo News.
