PORT-AU-PRINCE, Feb. 8 (AP) - (Kyodo)A 28-year-old man was rescued from the rubble of a building
in Haiti's capital Monday and it is possible he may have been trapped
for four weeks since the devastating Jan. 12 earthquake, CNN reported
on its website Monday, quoting doctors.
According to the report, the man, identified as Evan Muncie, was found
in the wreckage of a market where he sold rice. He was suffering from
extreme dehydration and malnutrition, but did not appear to have
significant injuries, it said.
