GOP Pulling Away in Key Senate Races

A new NBC News/Marist poll has Republican Tom Cotton leading incumbent Democrat Sen. Mark Pryor by five in Arkansas, while Republican Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell has taken an eight point lead over his Democrat challenger Alison Lundergan Grimes.

Meanwhile, “in Colorado, incumbent Sen. Mark Udall, D-Colo., is up by six points over Rep. Cory Gardner, 48 percent to 42 percent”. Gardner has been accused of not sticking to his guns on immigration, trying to look for a “win win” position. His attempt to finesse the issue doesn’t appear to be working.

A review of all the polling in all of this year’s Senate races shows the GOP on track to take back the Senate in November. Alaska, North Carolina, Georgia look good for the GOP based on current polling, with Louisiana and Michigan neck and neck.
