Because school segregation was such a good idea the first time? Er...

I can understand private schools, or even public charter schools, aimed at kids from specific populations (as long as they're open to others). But excluding kids from special tutoring sessions at a public school because they're the wrong color? Assuming the legacy of racism is the problem, is the only answer more racism?
